I can't say enough about Vickie’s professionalism, true caring nature, and extensive knowledge/connections. She has extensive knowledge and strong communication skills in dealing with rental properties. She brought all these qualities to the table, enabling us to sell our house. It was not just in the real estate transaction, but also in the communication with the tenants, the property management company, the buyers, and me, the seller. She did a magnificent, wonderful, superb job! At the end of the transition, we were all satisfied. I picked Vickie as our realtor because she answered her phone on a Sunday morning and arranged to show at my house an hour away, within an hour, I was face to face talking to Vickie about my issues and concerns, due to the house being for rent and wanting to put it for sale.
