She has extensive knowledge and strong communication skills in dealing with rental properties. She brought all these qualities to the table, enabling us to sell our house. It was not just in the real estate transaction, but also in the communication with the tenants, the property management company, the buyers, and me, the seller. She did a magnificent, wonderful, superb job! At the end of the transition, we were all satisfied. I picked Vickie as our realtor because she answered her phone on a Sunday morning and arranged to show at my house an hour away, within an hour, I was face to face talking to Vickie about my issues and concerns, due to the house being for rent and wanting to put it for sale. Vicky was an absolute pleasure to work with.

She has a calm and composed demeanor that gave us the confidence to choose her as our realtor when we sold our house. She is not the pushy, overbearing type who thinks they can list your house for more than is realistic. We did our research prior to choosing Vicky, and her market analysis and knowledge were spot on! There were a few anxious moments on the buyers' side throughout the process, but Vicky kept an even keel and helped us navigate the complexities and nuances. We always felt that she had our best interests in mind. She was always available to talk to us as we went through the process, even at night. She kept us well informed and educated at every step. "I met Vickie Gleason while I was trying to sell my Dad's house in Tuscawilla. She was friendly and upbeat about the house even though it was a partial fixer-upper. She was very knowledgeable about the area, what was on the market, price fluctuations, trends and the intangible factors that can make house worth more. I was very impressed by her professionalism. Vickie suggested that my "target buyer" should be a young family who wanted to get a good deal on a nice house in a great neighborhood, a family who didn't mind doing some fixing up. "Vickie was our buyer's agent when we wanted to downsize. She ultimately became our friend. Vickie took the initiative to identify, show, and provide information about suitable locations and properties without being pushy; she promptly responded to all questions and concerns; she helped us get out of a contract on a newly remodeled house when we discovered that the seller had intentionally covered up serious defects and damage; she aggressively advocated for us during the purchase of the wonderful house we ultimately bought (including guiding us through a bidding war and obtaining a warranty at seller's expense); she recommended lenders, inspectors, and contractors who provided excellent (and, due to the false start, expedited) service; and she personally monitored the entire process and was present at all inspections and closing. After we had moved in she visited us to make sure we were happy with our new home, and brought a gift! We highly recommend Vickie to any buyer who wants honest, competent and zealous representation."
