I can't say enough about Vickie’s professionalism, true caring nature, and extensive knowledge/connections. She has extensive knowledge and strong communication skills in dealing with rental properties. She brought all these qualities to the table, enabling us to sell our house. It was not just in the real estate transaction, but also in the communication with the tenants, the property management company, the buyers, and me, the seller. Vicky was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has a calm and composed demeanor that gave us the confidence to choose her as our realtor when we sold our house. She is not the pushy, overbearing type who thinks they can list your house for more than is realistic. We did our research prior to choosing Vicky, and her market analysis and knowledge were spot on! There were a few anxious moments on the buyers' side throughout the process, but Vicky kept an even keel and helped us navigate the complexities and nuances. We always felt that she had our best interests in mind. She was always available to talk to us as we went through the process, even at night. She kept us well informed and educated at every step. She provided her professional opinion but let us decide on how we should move forward. She was such a pleasure to work with and made the whole selling process a breeze.
